After all the preparation, a sealer coat isapplied to the roof. Please note that in most cases our sealer coat is mixed with our first coat of coating. This allows for good colour penetration into the roof tile.The second coat of Acrylic roof coatingis applied by airless spray gun. The final coat of Acrylic roof coating is applied by airless spray gun. * Please note that in some cases "mapping" may occur. Mapping is when your have either a change in texture or level caused normally by thick old paint which we cannot always remove or from lack of griton the substrate. This normally results in a matt then gloss type finish. Unfortunately there is not much we can do about this.
